Delivery Policy

In most cases "electronic" products are delivered within a few minutes of receiving cleared funds, however under some exceptional circumstances there may be a delay of up to one working day.

We endeavour to post any physical items that have been ordered within two working days of receiving cleared funds, however please bear in mind that we have no paid staff, we are all volunteers and occasionally it may take a little longer.

All physical items are sent by Royal Mail first class. Insurance is an optional extra that must be paid for at the time of the order. We are happy to ship items worldwide, to ensure you pay the correct amount for postage it is important that you confirm your full postal address prior to making payment.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellation

We urge you to opt for insurance when ordering a physical item that has to be posted to you, if the item arrives damaged we can then claim a full refund via the Royal Mail and pass it back to you. If you prefer to trust the postal system and your item arrives damaged we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

If an item arrives physically sound, but subsequently proves to be faulty in some manner, please contact us immediately to resolve the problem. In any case you must report any faulty goods within seven days of receipt. If the item was sold as new but failed to function correctly in most cases we will be happy to replace the item, however we reserve the right to issue a monetary refund if stocks do not permit us to offer a replacement.

In all cases of returned items, postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If it is a physical item you have ordered and it has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly refund the money you paid in full. If the item has already been dispatched then you may still return the item to us for a full refund, however you are responsible for any return postage costs. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to package the goods safely and to obtain proof of delivery (proof of postage is NOT proof of delivery), we also urge you to obtain insurance in case the goods are damaged in transit. We reserve the right to charge, at cost, for the replacement of any goods returned in a damaged condition. Goods returned with insufficient postage will not be accepted and we will request the delivery agents to "return to sender".

In all cases, a request for cancellation of an order must be received within seven working days of receiving the goods. Once a refund has been agreed, the goods must be returned within seven working days.

If the order was for "electronic" delivery, eg club membership, etc. we are happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund, however the request to cancel the order must be received within seven working days of placing the order and furthermore, if any electronic items have already been sent, eg PDF copies of magazines, etc you must agree to delete any such items and any copies you may have made of such items within seven days of receipt of your refund.

In all cases, monetary refunds that have been agreed will be made within thirty days of the purchaser completing the required form: Order Query
